The Distance Selling Act does not apply to travel and holidays. This means that a booking as soon as it has been confirmed by us is immediately final. To accommodate you, we apply the following cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation of the reservation must be done by email.
- In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date, we do not charge any costs. Please note, booking fee = 15% non-refundable.
- The remaining amount of 85% must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 7 days before the arrival date, no refund will be made.
- Even in the event of a “no show” on the day of arrival, the entire reservation will be canceled and no refund will be given. If you are unable to arrive on time, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible, but no later than the day of arrival via whatsapp: +31(0)6 21 31 65 66 so that we can make the reservation. to hold.
