For agreements relating to accommodation, recreational stays and holidays, the Distance Selling Act does not apply. This means that a reservation, once confirmed by us, is considered final.

 

To provide clarity, the following payment and cancellation conditions apply to all accommodations and camping pitches.

 

Payment conditions

 

• A deposit of 15% of the total reservation amount must be paid within 14 days after making the reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
• For reservations made less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid within 24 hours.

 

Cancellation conditions

 

• Cancellations are only accepted by e-mail.
• In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date, only the 15% deposit remains payable.
• In the event of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, no refund will be given.
• In the event of a no-show, the entire reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
• If you expect to arrive later than agreed, we kindly request that you inform us no later than the day of arrival so that we can hold your reservation.
