The Distance Selling Act does not apply to agreements regarding accommodation, recreational stays, and holidays. This means that a reservation is considered final once we have confirmed it.

 

To provide clarity, we apply the cancellation conditions below.

 

Camping

• Cancellation is only possible by email.

• In case of cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date, you will only be liable for the 15% deposit.

• If you cancel within 14 days prior to arrival, no refund will be made.

• In case of a no-show, the entire reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be made.

• If you arrive later than agreed, please contact us no later than the day of your arrival so we can hold your reservation for you.
