The Distance Selling Act does not apply to agreements regarding accommodation, recreational stays, and holidays. This means that a reservation is considered final once we have confirmed it in writing.

 

To provide clarity and avoid misunderstandings, we apply the payment terms below.

• When making a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid.

• The remaining amount must be received by us no later than 30 days before the arrival date.

• For reservations made within 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

• If payments are not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
