House rules Nature House

The De Slangenborg nature house is a detached, natural setting, designed for guests who consciously choose peace, privacy, and relaxation. To ensure a pleasant and harmonious stay for everyone, we apply the following house rules. We ask that you read them carefully.

Target group and stay

The nature house is exclusively intended for adults aged 21 and older. To ensure peace and privacy, we do not rent the house to groups of more than two people. The maximum consecutive stay is twenty-eight nights.

Visitors are not allowed during your stay in the nature house.

Location and accessibility

The nature house is completely detached, overlooking the adjacent nature reserve, and is available year-round. The house is not directly accessible by car. Behind the large parking lot is a smaller parking area where you can park. From there, you walk the rest of the way to the house. A handcart is available at the house, which you can use to transport luggage or groceries.

The nature house must not be left unattended at night.

Dogs

Dogs are not allowed in the nature house.

Waste

At the entrance to the site is the waste collection point, with containers for glass, paper, residual waste, and green waste. You are expected to take bulky waste, such as broken household items or furniture, home with you.

Fire and safety

The safety of our guests is our top priority. Open fires and campfires are not permitted. The outdoor kitchen at the nature house is permitted for preparing meals, provided it is used carefully and responsibly. We ask that you always supervise this and turn off all equipment completely after use.

A fire extinguisher is available in the nature house. In case of emergency, please contact the manager immediately.

Internet usage

The nature house has a wireless internet connection. This is offered without any guarantee of continuous availability or correct operation. Use is at your own risk. De Slangenborg accepts no liability for any damage or costs arising from the use of the network.

Liability and Compliance

Your stay in the nature house is entirely at your own risk. De Slangenborg accepts no liability for theft, damage, or personal injury.

To ensure peace, safety, and harmony, we reserve the right to terminate your stay if you violate the house rules. In such cases, you may be denied access to the premises without any right to refund.

We trust that every guest contributes to the pleasant and respectful atmosphere that characterizes the De Slangenborg nature house.
